Until this week, the thought of graduating from Middlebury terrified me.
I wasn’t worried about “succeeding,” and I wasn’t worried about finding a job.
I was worried that I would never find a place as great as Middlebury. I worried that I wouldn’t find intelligent people in such a close community. I worried that I would stop learning when I started working. And I worried that I wouldn’t have fun.
I have spent the past week or so looking for and internship in San Francisco. I have visited a few offices and chatted with a ton of people. I haven't found a workplace like Middlebury…. But I've found some places that are different and seem equally awesome.
I wont say I’m looking forward to graduating… but maybe it won’t be so bad.
